Privacy notice
Draft for legal review. The controller’s registered details below must be completed before this page is published.
Who we are
This notice covers polylexai.com, the website of Polylex AI (“we”, “us”). We are the controller of the personal data described here.
Registered company name, number and address: to be added on incorporation.
Contact for anything in this notice: privacy@polylexai.com.
This website
- It sets no cookies.
- It runs no scripts and contains no analytics, advertising or tracking code.
- It loads nothing from third parties: fonts and images are served from this domain.
What we collect
- If you email us: your email address, your name if you give it, and whatever you write, such as your country and practice area for early access.
- When you visit: our hosting provider processes technical data, such as your IP address and browser type, in server logs, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
Why we use it
- To reply to you.
- To manage early-access requests and licensing enquiries.
- To keep the website secure.
We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.
How long we keep it
- Early-access emails: until we have written to you that your jurisdiction is open, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first.
- Other emails: as long as needed to deal with your enquiry.
- Server logs: for the period our hosting provider keeps them, which we will state here once hosting is in place.
Who we share it with
Only the providers that run this website and our mailbox, and only so they can provide that service. If a provider processes data outside your country, we will name it here, with the safeguards used.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, and object to how we use it. Write to privacy@polylexai.com. We answer within 30 days.
You can also complain to your data-protection authority. In Israel, that is the Privacy Protection Authority.
Takedown requests
Polylex products will include court decisions taken from official sources. We keep the anonymisation those sources apply, and we never re-identify parties or link them across sources.
If you are named in a decision and want it removed or anonymised in Polylex, write to privacy@polylexai.com with:
- the decision: the court, the date, and the case number or a link;
- what you want removed or anonymised;
- your connection to the decision.
We review every request and act on it, following the official source’s own anonymisation and removals. We reply within 30 days.
Changes to this notice
We will update this notice before our products launch. The date at the top shows the current version.
